Whether its a family holiday, a spa weekend or a golf trip, it has something for everyone! Close to Dromana Lawn Bowls Club, enjoy barefoot bowling in Summer, and just a short walk to Dromana park and playground. Only 300m (approx.) to Dromanas sandy beaches and beautiful coastal walks along the foreshore and 1km (approx.) to Dromanas shops. From this central location the Peninsulas best offerings are easily accessible including local wineries, world-class golf courses and beautiful beaches. HOUSE FEATURES: Recently renovated, this delightful beachside gem features an easy living layout with an open plan kitchen/dining/living area on the top level and just a few steps down at the entry level, there are 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 updated bathrooms and a European-style laundry.
