The house is clean with modern and new quality appliances . Comfortable beds, spacious and clean bathroom. Amenities from soap ,shampoo, conditioner to hairdryer are provided which is great as a traveller. The house also has a double garage , giving you more security to be able to park the car inside. The best thing about this house is also the location. Rye is great as it is secluded but not too far from the central city of Sorrento or Mornington. It is also only 5 mins from Rye beach and Alba / Peninsula hotspring for relaxation. Host is friendly and we appreciate the complimentary late check out. It was very comfortable for 2 families to stay as there were multiple living areas for kids and adults. Very clean and the indoor fireplace was an added bonus. Large balconies with nice views. The only negatives were that downstairs was a lot cooler even with the fire going and the bunk beds where the kids had intended on sleeping on was very creaky so we had to put the mattresses on the floor.
