The beach is a three-minute walk. An ideal location for interstate business guests or the perfect retreat for holidaymakers that makes a homestay experience extraordinary. To Note: \*Once your reservation has been confirmed before checking in you may be asked for further Identification in the form of a photograph licence or passport to confirm your identification. We have one guest parking permit available. If this is lost or not returned upon checkout a charge of $1000 and staturary declaration will be required. \*A $350 charge will be incurred if a key tag is lost and needs to be reissued. \*During our peak booking season we do not offer early or later checkout due do the high demand and cleaning turnaround. \*We use premium linen quality, all self-tanning, make-up, lipstick or sunscreen products that cannot be removed from the 100% bamboo linen sheet sets an additional charge of $150-$300 to cover the replacement of our sheet sets will apply. We have supplied complimentary facial wipes for any make-up, foundation, mascara, lipstick, and sunscreen removal. \* We have a stringent "No photoshoots" policy during your stay or permitted without prior approval.
