Nestled in a highly sought-after location, only minutes walking distance to Ringwood Lake, Eastland Shopping Centre, Costco, Ringwood Train station and Cafes and restaurants, shops and Eastlink are also close by. Features: A spacious lounge room. An airy contemporary kitchen includes a large casual meals area. Two good-sized bedrooms with built-in robes and air-conditioning. Master bedroom with ensuite access to the central bathroom. A separate W/C. A separate laundry room with direct outdoor access to a private back garden.
