Features: A spacious lounge room. An airy contemporary kitchen includes a large casual meals area. Two good-sized bedrooms with built-in robes and air-conditioning. Master bedroom with ensuite access to the central bathroom. A separate W/C. A separate laundry room with direct outdoor access to a private back garden.
