We were told towels would be brought up. When they were they were only bath mat size and not appropriate for use, finally received towels the second night which were very thin. Opened the microwave and quickly closed it and wouldn't use it. Under the bed in the second bedroom needed a good vacuum. Very disappointed as I had organised this as Christmas weekend for my family.
