Freshly furnished and styled throughout (Dec ‘22), features include a solar-heated pool, expansive north facing indoor and outdoor living spaces, a family retreat, games area, plus gourmet kitchen facilities including a butler’s pantry and wet bar with servery. With plenty of room to relax and play, it is best suited to family or mature group getaways. IMPORTANT • Schoolies and groups under the age of 30 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances. • Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only. • This property welcomes the family dog on application, with pets subject to conditions if approved. • While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay. The pool temperarure was perfect, we even got in on the colder days. Kitchen very well stocked, and the BBQ functioned fantastic. We can't fault the property. Communication was outstanding as well! One of the best holiday homes we have stayed in The house was serene and had everything you would look for. The host was very quick to respond, very accomodating and thoughtful. The kitchen and butlers kitchen was fully equipped, it really felt like home. The house manual contained all the information we needed and had a link which made it super easy to access and share with the guests. The location was incredible, it was only a few minutes to the marina and restaurants around. The living and bathrooms were spacious and gave us the privacy we needed. We wanted a lifestyle place where one could dip in the pool and have plenty of room for entertaining, etc. We also wanted something close to cafes and restaurants. This property is absolutely ideal. Very spacious, modern, clean and with items like a table tennis table that was enjoyed. A good quality BBQ available for use as well.
