The downstairs light rail provides direct access to Melbourne city center. The luxurious amenities within the building will offer you a unique and enjoyable stay experience. This cozy apartment is located on floor 13 and can host a maximum of 3 guests. The stylish self-contained apartment features: \- One bedroom with a King bed (combined with 2 single beds) \- Living room with a lounge and dining table We can provide one air mattress upon request. If you would like to use it, there is an additional charge of $150 plus $20 per night. Please let us know at least one day in advance if you need it.- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher \- One bathroom with a shower \- A laundry with a washer and dryer \* Air conditioning is available in the living room only. \* There is free wifi \* There is NO parking space Important notes prior to your reservation： \* Check-in is available from 3 pm to 9 pm every day. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors. • If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $200 fee will be applicable before 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day. • In case of a lost key, a $300 fee will be incurred for key replacement. • The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees. • Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally.
