Common areas are modern and clean, apartment itself was clean, comfortable well stocked and modern, but not well looked after. E.g. the carpet had seen better days. But a more than pleasant stay overall.

The property was lovely and clean and comfortable. The only problem was when making my booking on wotif I requested 2 twin beds and there was a king bed. When I spoke to reception they said wotif hadn’t communicated this information to them.

Good option spoiled by in action to remedy problem
The room was spacious the bed extremely comfortable. Kitchen a little sparsely furnished. Real problem arose when we discovered our dishwasher did not work. Reported issue 3 times over 3 days before finally got the extra washing up liquid and plug, l requested to enable a sensible wash up. We were offered a change of room but as we’d unpacked preferred to remain put, didn’t really feel the request for plug etc would be too difficult to supply and was told these would come. It really became quite frustrating. The shower linen towels all excellent and we found the location very good as we were attending a conference at the exhibition building on south bank. Access to all dining on south bank close and there were a number of nice eating options around the hotel if you didn’t want to venture far.

Property was very noisy with traffic even at night. Balcony was great and close to southbank with great views. Fairly confusing with parking. Was satisfactory.

Great location
The Wrap is our first choice when staying in the Southbank area. Easy walking into the cbd as well as crown and surrounding restaurants. We’ve stayed here many times.The location, and facilities are great! The staff, amazing. We look forward to our next stay!

One of our go to properties when visiting Melbourne, easy to access, car parking, nice sized apartments for a larger family, nice little restaurant and bar downstairs. But best of all is the location, park the car and walk to Southbank, Crown, and South Melbourne Markets, Trams just around the corner if you wish to travel further.

Good staff service at the desk. Easy to find help from them, always have someone ready to help. Room very clean, quiet and good to have a nice sleep. Very close to the crown and water front restaurants. Good location with nice price. Definitely worth it. And the Wi-Fi is good.

The unit was clean for the most part, but there were stains on the carpet and the shower floor did not seem that clean. The apartment was small for a one bedroom unit. There was no place to place a suitcase down. It had to be in the main living area. Otherwise, the location was good and the unit was functional.
