\- Out of respect for our lovely neighbours, strictly no parties and please keep noise to a reasonable level (you may occasionally hear trams/trains - that’s CBD life!).  
\- Check-out is by 12 noon so our cleaners have enough time to get the place sparkling for the next guests.  
\- Please leave things neat and tidy, do not move any furniture, and dispose of rubbish correctly - any damage, missing items, or costs from misuse (including lost keys or smoking indoors) will unfortunately need to be charged.
