Entry level comprises of an open plan and extremely spacious living area, couches, wood Coonara fire place, wet bar with small refrigerator, large dining setting and kitchen, equipped with all the conveniences and necessities, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, family sized fridge and breakfast bar that seats 5. The living area opens out to a large alfresco undercover backyard patio with table and chairs & BBQ. Warm up in the cool night air by lighting the outdoor fire pit and toast some marshmallows. The second living area, comprising of comfy couches, TV and sliding doors that open out to the front garden, can also be closed off for extra privacy from the main kitchen meals area.
