Weather wasn’t great and the paperwork said we had Kayo access for the football but no remote for the TV app - messaged the owners and no response until after we left Disappointing I also think if you are booked for four nights there should be enough coffee or tea for one a day for the price . The host was very welcoming and responsive. Unfortunately, we couldn’t sleep due to a regular banging noise all night. Also, the bedding was very heavy and not suitable for summer. The bed itself was comfortable. The coffee cups were very dirty, which was disappointing. The views from balcony were great. The signage needs to be more obvious. It was very hard to spot and we ended up driving past. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by in Mornington and Mt Martha.
