Experience Melbourne from our cosy corner of Moorabbin: 4BR home, walking distance to cafes, restaurants and the famous Stomping Ground Brewery (10 minute walk). Beautiful Mentone beach is a short 10 min drive away.
Easy 30-min drive/train to city & Mornington Peninsula.
Modern comfort in peaceful cul-de-sac. Ideal for urban explorers & beach lovers
Large lounge room and separate second living area (family room). Kitchen and breakfast bar open out to family room. Dining room just off the Lounge room and kitchen.
Good sized back garden with undercover seating, BBQ and pizza oven.
Front garden with covered verandah, overlooking the court and kid's trampoline.
Off-street parking (space for 2 cars).

2 x main bedrooms (both with King beds), 2 x children's bedrooms with double beds. Spare mattresses available (will fit in all rooms). Sleep 10 comfortably
