This clean, light-filled 3-storey home includes a double garage, bright interiors, and all the essentials for a simple, hassle-free stay.  
Enjoy open-plan living, a full kitchen, comfortable bedding, and free street parking. Located on the main street, just a short drive to key Melbourne spots.  
  
The Space:  
This three-level townhouse has been designed to combine comfort, convenience, and flexibility, making it a great choice for families, friends, and business travellers. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and additional sofa beds, it can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably.  
  
On the ground floor, you will find a queen bedroom with a private ensuite, a secure double garage, and a small front courtyard. The second level is the heart of the home, featuring an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, and a comfortable lounge with a smart TV. Two sofa beds provide additional sleeping space if required, and a private balcony offers a quiet spot for fresh air.

Other Things to Note:  
Please place rubbish bins outside the garage on Thursday evening for Friday morning collection, and return them promptly afterwards. Towels are for bathing only and should not be used to remove makeup. Quiet hours are after 10pm, and smoking is not permitted inside the property. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.
