Check in was terrible. Receptionist had no idea, she couldn't find our booking to start with, even though i presented her with a printed copy of our itinerary. She didn't know the price to charge us. We were not impressed with her service.

We arrived slightly early, happy to leave our bags and were told we could check in. After an early morning, this was a blessing. The staff were courteous and explained what we needed to know. The hotel is situated within walking distance to so many attractions and shopping in Melbourne. When we went to leave, we checked out and left our bags, ready to be collected when we left. Apart from a tiny issue with the shower head, our room was comfortable and exactly what we needed. Already planning another trip later in the year.

Bathroom was not very clean - hair in shower, marks on tiles - fridge door broken, pillows very very soft/flat - Internet was terrible. Room was tiny - compared to my friends who booked same price, theirs was also furnished more updated.
