I liked the area. It was close to the city and Southbank. The staff were friendly and helpful through my Covid-19 Melbourne experience. The room was comfortable as I had to spend a fair bit of time there before being allowed to return to my home state.

Good - Location, service desk help, balcony view, space in apartment, comfortable beds. Needs improvement- Cleanliness windows, skirting boards powerpoints filthy. Screws and metal pole from ceiling with metal shavings through bathroom. We told reception and it was not moved during our stay. We would stay again, but a few minor things could have improved the overall experience.
