As you step into Beach Haven Portsea, you are greeted by the open-plan living area that effortlessly combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge into a generous space. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the amenities, including a dishwasher and coffee machine. The lounge area completes this welcoming space, with a comfortable seating arrangement, TV, WiFi, and ducted heating.  
This northern-facing area flows seamlessly to the private solar heated pool and the alfresco deck, where you watch the children having fun splashing about in the pool . The outdoor deck provides an exceptional spot to soak in the serenity, with BBQ amenities and a fenced yard for the kids to play.  
The four bedrooms are a retreat on their own, tastefully furnished, each with its individual flair, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration.  
Perfectly zoned, this property layout offers relaxed living on the ground floor, with an additional three other bedrooms and a kids retreat upstairs. In addition to the casual sitting area located upstairs, this opens to a private deck with seating to take in the beautiful sunsets over Portsea.  
  
The outdoor experience of Beach Haven is just as enchanting, with the swimming pool set amidst the property's lush garden area. After a refreshing dip, unwind with your favorite drink while taking in the tranquil setting from the comfort of your enclosed garden.  
The crowning jewel of Beach Haven's location is its proximity to the best that Portsea has on offer. A short distance away, you're bound to enjoy the popular seaside and upscale eateries while keeping in touch with nature's untouched beauty in all that the Point Nepean National Park has on offer.  
For your convenience, designated parking is available for up to two cars on the premises. Whether you are a couple seeking a romantic getaway or a family trying to create unforgettable memories, Beach Haven Portsea is your perfect retreat.

If your Short Stays property has an open fireplace and would like to use it on your stay, we can provide it at a cost of (1 x 20kg bag, 1 x kg kindling $45 Its recommended that 1 x bag will last 1 night). We require at least 48 hours notice and for large orders delivery fees may apply.  
Alternatively you can purchase wood by the bag at many other hardware stores, services stations and general stores.
