The apartment itself is spacious for max 3 people and has an indoor pool, outdoor bbq area, sauna and gym on site. We have 2 bedrooms, a spacious living kitchen and dining area and TV in master and living area. Our kitchen is fully equipped along with internal laundry (washer + dryer) available on site inside the apartment along with a private car park. The Space: Centrally located, 5 min walk to Crown casino, exhibition building, d.f.o. shops, Southern Cross Station, South bank, Etihad Stadium. The Free CBD Tram are available at your doorstep and an array of international boutiques, plus easy access to an endless choice of restaurants, cafes and entertainment are in the area. With a private car park available for you and situated in a grand historic building, you will have everything you need for a pleasant stay in Melbourne. Also is super close to two convenience stores which was perfect for late night snacks! Only a few minor issues which we easily ignored and did not affect our stay much at all (I believe the cleaner that cleaned before we arrived missed some spots in the bathroom, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and we couldn’t find a microwave in the kitchen). Overall, I still definitely rate it 5 stars. Communication with the owner was amazing as well, one of the best experiences I’ve had staying in an apartment type accommodation.
