Enjoy the breath taking views of dolphins playing in the Indian River Lagoon along your short ride to Melbourne Beaches! Walking distance to Manatee Park where local manatees are often seen playing in the warm waters of Crane Creek. Many famous attractions are an hour or less from The Flats in Downtown Melbourne. Disney, Universal Studios, Wet N Wild, Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop in Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral just to mention a few. This is a great place for 2 people and has everything needed to make you comfortable.
