Welcome to our chic holiday rental in sunny Sandringham, perfect for up to six guests.  
  
Experience the village charm of Sandringham from this stylish home, lovingly managed by Property Mums. Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior arrangement.  
  
Enjoy a truly unforgettable holiday at our stunning home on the beachfront in beautiful Sandringham. This prime location lets you soak up the coastal lifestyle, with local attractions, village cafés, and walking trails all within easy reach. Being along the beachfront, you may notice some activity during the day from passing cars or cycling groups on the vibrant coastal road — it’s all part of the lively seaside atmosphere that makes Sandringham so unique.  
  
Inside this sparkling home, sensational style meets impeccable comfort. Relax in one of three splendid bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with top-tier comfort in mind. The Master Suite boasts a king-sized bed, air-conditioning, and ensuite bathroom — an oasis of serenity for those seeking extra privacy. The other two bedrooms are equally welcoming, featuring a queen-sized bed and a pair of twin beds, with an additional 1.5 bathrooms to accommodate groups of up to six with ease.  
  
For those who enjoy cooking, the fully equipped kitchen includes everything from a blender to a rice cooker, or you can venture out onto the vast balcony and fire up the built-in BBQ. Whether it’s casual breakfasts or long, lazy dinners, your holiday menu options are endless.  
  
Unwind after a big day at the beach or exploring the area in the open-plan living area, complete with a fireplace for cosy nights in, smart TV for entertainment, or a spacious balcony for your morning coffee or evening wine.  
  
The property also goes the extra mile with thoughtful amenities: a dedicated study/workspace with ergonomic chair, full air-conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, outdoor firepit, beach towels, family games, outdoor shower for sandy feet, and much more. Secure gardens make this home pet-friendly so your furry friends can join the fun too.  
  
Parking  
There is free on-street parking available, plus one off-street carport space. Please note the off-street parking is best suited to smaller cars, as the driveway is narrow with tight turning space.

You’ll be within walking distance of Sandringham village and beach. Start your mornings with a 15% discount at Little Ray of Sunshine Café, famous for its coffee, brunch, and lunches. Beyond that, the Sandringham Yacht Club, premier golf courses, and lush parks are right on your doorstep, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.  
  
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.   
  
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.  
  
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.  
  
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones

#### Luxurious holiday home

Perfect home to have a relaxing home away from home. I’ve been looking for something newish. This house ticks all the boxes except for the entrance to the car port behind. A little tricky to maneuver but you can always park on the side street. The house is just a walk across to the beach and the dog beach. Overall, it’s a place I’ll go back to again.
