Soak up the Florida sunshine at Marisol at Viera, your fully-furnished home base in Melbourne’s vibrant Viera neighborhood. Perfect for short-term or extended stays, each apartment features a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, and private balconies. Lounge by the resort-style pool with private cabanas and poolside bars, unwind in the meditation garden or play with your pup in the 6,500 sq. ft. dog park.  
 All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.  
  
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
