This bright and boutique haven has everything you could want for a city stay. Amazing location, very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, bars, QVM. Amazing view from room on the high level of the EQ Tower.  
  
This one-bedroom apartment is with great location. Great facilities and easy check in and check out at your convenience.  
  
Overall, my apartment comes complete with:  
  
\+ One bedroom with 1 Queen size bed that can comfortably fit up to two guests  
  
\+ Open living area allows good air flow at all time, well-sized bedroom with build-ins where you can store your luggage  
  
\+ Full size kitchen with fully equipped  
  
\+ Fresh and high quality linen and towels  
  
※ Standard Setting: 1 Queen size bed for 2 peoples   
※ We do request the security deposit before your arrival, A$350  
※ Dishwasher out of order  
※ Extra linen requested at extra $45 (Please update with us at least one day before you coming)  
※ Please keep the keys, fob with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost them.  
※ Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour.  
※ Attention, Strictly NO PARTY! All complaints would be reported to 24/7 on site manager.

The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.  
\- No changes are allowed if reservation has already started.  
\- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.  
\- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.  
\- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied

\- No shoes in the carpet  
\- Do not attach white walls with dirty hand  
\- Do not jump on the bed or sofa  
\- Please enter and leave quietly, we respect our neighbors and want everyone have a comfortable living environment.   
\- Please keep the kitchen and dinning area clean after your cooking or eating.   
\- Please move back the furniture if you moved.   
\- Please Check out on time and make our housekeepers life easier.  
\- Please Do not wipe your makeup with towels, sometimes it ruins the towels permanently.   
\-Please take the property key and fob with you all the time. LOST KEY/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will from AU$180\. Emergency locksmith - cost will go for guest PLUS AU$180.  
\-When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.   
\- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
