Great base for our family trip. Didn’t quite look brand new as advertised but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. So handy to trams. No big negatives Easy place to get to and easy to all parts of the city . Accomodation whilst seemingly new had very few “extras” . It was a cool night and there were 4 of us , but only 2 blankets . No extra pillows ( 1 per person) and no additional towels if you wanted to wash your hair . Might be nice if owners would stay in the property for 3 nights and find those little “ extras” themselves . There was a bowl of coffee and sugar but no tea ( and we went searching ) but we only found them in a high cupboard as we were leaving .( would have loved one the night we got there late ) Overall clean , tidy , great location , but to give 5 stars , it needs to have those little “ homely “ things that make a great accomodation. ##### Kate P.
