Located in a nice location,CBD. Very close to China Town and lots restaurants to choose. One plus kilometres to Federation square and other landmarks. The front office staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.I really enjoyed my three nights stay in this property.

Was charged extra for a child’s bed id already booked. The lift was not working upon leaving and we were delayed 45 mins. Staff were unsympathetic about it. Rooms are small. Very small. Cleaners left wet towels in the room every day. Rubbish bins were not emptied. Gym was pathetic. Pool area was average. Rubbish in water. Very far from “Grand” will not stay again.

Property was in a great location for our needs and had very convenient parking options. Service was friendly. The room was clean. However, it was very dark and dingy, The walls and ceiling looked like a patchwork of paint and plaster, the bed had a large, sloping ridge in the middle pushing both my partner and I to the edges in our sleep all night, and the shower was so tiny I almost didn’t fit let alone my broad shouldered husband. In summary it was good for Location, service, and cleanliness, but was not comfortable and needs some TLC

Very clean and convenient hotel. The rooms were modern and good aircon. Pool was lovely but desperately needed some shade umbrellas. Breakfast produce was fresh and well prepared. Would recommend!

Paid for my child to stay they did not set up a roll away bed Then the lady at reception had an attitude and seemed all to difficult to get a roll away then had the audacity to say we will be charged for the bed even though we paid for the extra person

This hotel is well located for walking the CBD. Our room was very small, and faced a concrete wall allowing for very little natural light. One elevator was broken and the staircase led us to the kitchen with no easy exit. Skimpy on amenities and towels were threadbare. Very average hotel.

Great four star hotel. Location nice and central. Very fast check in. Only one lift operating so can be slow going to get to room when busy. Bed very comfortable with nice sheets. Tea coffee and kettle. Big fridge. Bathroom small but very well laid out. Only three trouser/shirt hangers. With two men lack of hanging space was inconvenient. Great breakfast buffet mix of hot cold/foods, fruits, cereal, pastries, hot drinks, juices, breads and a toaster. Housekeeping made room like new each day however the coffee sachets were not topped up and had to ask at front desk for more which were happily provided. Downside was the amount of smokers gathered on the roof when you were going to the pool or gym.

Clean and tidy rooms and the bed very comfortable. Good lighting throughout. Elevator service could be improved, very slow and one was out of order. Breakfast in bistro lacked variety but food was good.
