Please ensure that you carefully read through the car park lift instruction manual provided in your check in guide and watch the tutorial video provided before using the lift. These resources will guide you through the proper operation and safety procedures.
-Car Park Dimensions: The car park has the following dimensions: 2400W x 5560D x 2200H. Please make sure your vehicle fits within these dimensions before attempting to use the lift.
-Responsibility for Damages: Please be aware that any damage to the car park lift during your stay will be the guest’s responsibility. If any repairs are necessary due to misuse or accidental damage, the costs will be borne by the guest.

-This apartment accommodates 6 adults generously but a max of 7 overnight. Any more than 6 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$50 per night, per additional guest. The sleeping arrangement for the 7th adult would be on a 5-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double. There will be an additional fee of $50 per stay for the 7th guest for the linen fees as well.
-Building facilities To use the building facilities on level 6 (Gym, Pool and BBQ), the guest is required to do an induction with the Concierge prior to accessing these areas. Please be aware that amenities like the pool, though included in this building, are managed by the building's management team and are outside our control. Occasionally, these amenities may be closed due to urgent maintenance, COVID-19 restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the rare event of a closure, we cannot be held liable. Please take this into account when making your booking.
-Starter Supplies: Our spaces are fully stocked to ensure you have the comforts of home during your stay. This includes toiletries, fresh towels, tea, coffee, and kitchen essentials. We also provide a limited number of dishwasher and laundry pods. We provide enough of the above items to get you started and is not intended to last for the duration of your stay. If you run out during your stay, you can reach out to our team to find nearby stores and delivery services. Alternatively, you may order additional supplies directly from us.
