This light & bright well presented studio apartment is located right in the heart of Fitzroy, between Smith St & Brunswick St, so close to an array of shops, pubs, restaurants, transport, universities, hospitals & the CBD. Within 200 metres of the front door, turn right & you can enjoy the awesome Napier Hotel or turn left for all that Smith Street has to offer. This studio apartment is located on the 1st floor & is one of only 6 in the block. The property includes: \- Secure entry (you access the key from a lockbox & will be given a digital code for the apartment door) \- Open plan bedroom & living area with split system heater/air conditioner, mirrored built-in wardrobe, desk/table, super comfortable 2 seater lounge & queen-size bed with 2 bedside tables \- Kitchen with fridge & stainless steel oven, electric cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine & all the basic kitchen items you might need for your stay \- Bathroom with shower, vanity & toilet \- Wi-Fi internet \- Plus wall mounted TV, crockery, cutlery, linen, towels, hairdryer & much more... \- We provide coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, starter milk, glad wrap, foil, baking paper, toilet paper, tissues, etc... Please note: There is no onsite parking on this property and no permits available but there is free parking on the street, time limits do apply. There is a lockbox onsite for the security door key and the apartment door has a digital lock. Both codes will be provided to you on the day of check in. Although we won't be available in person we are available to assist at anytime throughout your stay via the booking platform. Fitzroy is an inner suburb of Melbourne only 3 kms north-east of the CBD. It is known as a cultural hub particularly for its live music scene, fantastic shops, cafes and pubs. You don't need a car to explore Fitzroy, best done on foot or catch a tram if you want to explore further. This will ensure the cleaners can prepare the property for the next guest. If extra time is required for cleaning then we will put in for additional costs through the booking platform. The bed in this property is provided with a fitted sheet, doona with cover & 4 pillows with covers. A top sheet is not provided. The apartment has a 50L hot water unit so we recommend shortened showers at this property so you don't run out of hot water. As an extra security measure for the property we do require the below information to be sent through prior to finalising your booking: \- The reason for your visit \- The names and ages of all of the guests \- The photo ID of the main booking holder The reason we ask for the above information is unfortunately due to some recent poor experiences with guests, please note if this information is not provided we will be unable to proceed with your booking and the access will not be granted on the day of check in.
