I was clear when I booked that 2 people were staying so the 2nd key should have been provided at the start or at the very least brought to the apartment. 3) The fridge was exceptionally loud. I travel a lot for work and this the loudest fridge I have ever encountered and as the apartment was open plan I found it disturbed my sleep. 4) Only one side of the bed had a reading lamp and power outlet. 4) I was disappointed that the owner had no flexibility regarding checking out after 10am. My flight was at 6:30pm so we ended up having a very long wait at the airport. We were given the option of walking many blocks to their offices to leave our bags there but only if we had a ‘small amount of luggage’.
