This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is conveniently positioned on the edge of Melbourne’s CBD, just a short walk from many of the city’s major attractions — including Crown Casino, the Yarra River, Federation Square, the Arts Centre, and a wide variety of restaurants and theatres. Public transport options are right outside the building for easy travel around the city. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests. Each bedroom includes flexible hotel-style bedding (king or two singles), subject to availability and timing of request. Two additional guests can be accommodated on fold-up beds. We rented it for our family holiday in Melbourne and also as the base to attend our daughter's wedding. The apartment provided plenty of room for her and her bridesmaids to get ready. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to the city and all the restaurants. The night time view across the city is fantastic. Just one thing missing - a coffee machine. The apartment is in an excellent position, being in easy walking distance to the CBD and Federation Square, the Botannical gardens, the MCG and tennis centre, and of course Southbank. The views from the apartment are magnificent and there are extensive balconies to relax and enjoy these. Tony was exceptionally easy and prompt to contact and went out of his way to provide a porta cot and high chair. The apartment was spotless and all facilities, such as air conditioning worked well. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Melbourne, and who wished easy access to all the main tourist sites.
