Parties are strictly not permitted. Any guests will be evicted without refund for not adhering with our rental policies. We aim to present the apartment perfectly for our guests. This fee is charged directly to the Owners Corporation, and after identifying the source of the alarm, the responsible apartment will be held fully liable for the cost.
