Set on a large flat allotment with a two-street frontage and two separate entrances, this fully fenced property comprises of a main house of 3 bedrooms along with a separate bedroom/bungalow with kitchenette and ensuite encompassing the solar heated pool and gas heated spa, creating an entertainer’s dream. The main home comprises downstairs, an open light filled living space with high void that overlooks the pool with kitchen, including a large 90cm oven and induction cooktop, walk in pantry, open fireplace, bathroom with spa bath, laundry and guest bedroom. Upstairs features a sitting area (with TV, beanbags, library, boardgames), 3 outdoor decking areas, master bedroom, bathroom and a third guest bedroom. Ducted heating and aircon feature throughout along with wifi. The separate bungalow/ 4th bedroom sleeps up to 5, and includes split system air conditioning, kitchenette and bathroom, whilst the outdoor alfresco area is complete with a fully plumbed barbecue, cafe blinds for winter, outdoor shower and ceiling fans for summer, making it ideal for relaxing with extended family and friends. At the rear of the bungalow is a purpose-built bocce court and basketball ring. Other feature include a sandpit, cubby house, table tennis table and established native flora. Parking is easy with a large double carport, exposed aggregate driveway with further ample off street parking. High chair, portacot and a baby gate is available on request. This special property and its location, is a rare offering in such a tightly held part of Sorrento that is a holiday makers dream.
