Everyday rubbish, Please collect them put into garbage bag, then bring it to downstairs and put into council’s bins, please note yellow lid bin is recycle and red is general, collect date is each Thursday morning, so council bins should put onto street Wednesday night. 3\. Replace linen. Each guest only being charged one time clean up fee for replace linen after check out, so, If you need to replace linen together with whole unit clean up works, it is applicable prior 48 hours notice to manager, it is subject to pay extra 3rd clean up company fee of $140/each trip. 4\.
