Tried contacting the property manager countless times but never responded. We requested check in information while waiting in front of the property and took the an hour+ to respond. Kitchen lights didn’t work so couldn’t cook anything. The bed that was there was horrible and the springs kept poking us which was painful to sleep on. Worst sleep we’ve ever had. The owner did not seem to care at all and told me he would text details of another property in Fitzroy - which he NEVER did. Can;t describe how utterly disappointing this was. Never again.
