Got emailed two different cancellation policies and then ignored by last minute. Won’t use them again. As for the house, the master bed mattress was uncomfortable and chose to sleep in the other bedroom. There was hair in the sheets and the oven was broken. The bath had a soak scum ring around the sides of it and we cleaned it ourselves before getting in.
