I didn't get a second key until 4 days into my stay (after daily calls to follow up) and then found the key didn't even fit the lock. It was incredibly frustrating and negatively affected my stay in Melbourne. In terms of the apartment, it was fine although there was mold in the shower and a big chunk out of the kitchen benchtop. ##### Joanna L.
