Spend your time relaxing in this beautiful newly furnished property so conveniently located you won’t want to leave.  
  
With a lovely outdoor deck area, you can enjoy the sunshine in the morning along with afternoon warmth, and with great amenities, you will feel right at home.  
  
Take a short stroll to the beach. Less than 500 metres to the serene white sandy beach of Capel Sound.  
  
THE SPACE  
This lovely home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps a total of 5 guests. The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge is light-filled and has excellent views of the deck and garden area.  
  
Two good size bedrooms with full linen included and a bathroom and separate laundry.  
  
Located close to the beach, this beautiful holiday home will not disappoint. Bring your children, family, friends and pets along.  
  
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Stayed at this property over the Easter Long Weekend - property was exceptionally clean, well put-together, with some fantastic amenities. More importantly, for thise travelling with your 4 legged friend, the property does a fantastic job at accommodating for pets. Propert Management team were really friendly, helpful and responsive, even providing a welcome pack with recommendations of activities/ sites to visit in the area. All in all was a great vacation spot!

This property was super clean ,even down to attention to detail the smallest things i forgot to bring the property had for us toys for our three year old, dog bowls for our 2 dogs, ect. The location was amazing, literally took us 5 minutes to walk to the beach every day, I can not fault the property or our stay here. Highly recommend this place 👌

#### Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in top Lage!

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief einwandfrei! Fragen wurden zügig beantwortet. Ferienhaus sehr schön und prima Ausstattung. Sehr ruhige und schöne Lage in Wohngebiet. Nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Strand. Super Ausgangslage zu umgebenden Ausflugszielen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
