Black Beauty provides the perfect all year round getaway! Ideally located, only a 5 min walk to Balnarring Village, a short drive to Balnarring Beach, Merricks General Store, Point Leo Beach, markets and the Red Hill trails. It's also close to many popular wedding venues and wineries, making it the perfect place to create special memories with family and friends.  
Outdoor entertaining is a focus with beautiful private gardens, alfresco dining in the provincial-style outdoor setting or dining in the undercover terrace with a gas BBQ and pizza oven. During the cooler months there is a cosy wood fire place in the open plan living area and an outdoor fire pit to gather around and toast marshmallows.  
HOUSE FEATURES:  
This stunning home is a combination of contemporary style meets coastal design, emphasising practicality and rustic charm. The quality furniture and furnishings create a feeling of relaxed luxury. It offers all the creature comforts inside and out with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living spaces, 3 Smart TVs with Foxtel, an open plan kitchen dining and living area with wood burning fire place, outdoor undercover dining and entertaining with gas BBQ, a stunning provincial-style alfresco dining area and an outdoor fire pit.  
Other details include polished floorboards throughout and large windows overlooking the private gardens. Guests can enjoy year-round comfort with split system heating and air conditioning in the living areas, open plan kitchen and dining and most bedrooms, as well as a cosy wood fire place. The laundry offers full amenities with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities. The property has off street parking in the driveway for 5 cars, a small boat or jet-ski (the garage is unavailable).  
This coastal haven has everything you're looking for in your dream getaway! It is perfect for families and friends who want to celebrate a special occasion or just relax and share memorable times together.

This property has a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. If you have any queries please contact us pre-booking so we can clarify.  
Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.  
A security bond is $1,000 for this property.
