Excellent shopping and dining area. Very convenient with a swimming pool for hot days.
Shame about carpark charges. We were charged $30aus/day because we booked through Expedia. The front desk guy was particularly friendly or helpful(check in 7Jan). He didn’t offered us an early checkin even though we were told the hotel wasn’t busy until AO starts. Very disappointed.

You reserved a Twin Room, of which there were none available for early check-in.Early access to a room is completely dependant on how busy it is the night before and what time guests vacate their rooms.Parking cost is comparable to other parking feesin the area and is actually quite competative. Car park was full on arrival. In the advertising is claims off road car park. It did not say sorry car park is now full you may part out the front. If you say off road parking then deliver it please. Telling me I can park next door at a fee to me is a suitable option is not mentioned in on your advertising. Fix this and I will rate you all excellent in future.

It was very difficult to find the sign. The staff were all great. Having to get out of the car to use the intercom for the garage was antiquated., The bathroom was incredibly small and uncomfortable.

This opens the gate to exit the carpark.Unfortunately we cannot do anything about the size of the ensuites, at least not until the next major referb.Maybe consider reserving an Executive Room on your subsequent visits. The spa room was very comfortable and spacious. It was quiet at night thus was able to sleep well.

Perfectly good although somewhat plain for the money (probably the going rate for the area though). The weather would probably need to be pretty hot before you use the pool as the heated temperature was quite cool.
The air conditioning was terrible, it was very hard to regulate the temperature so we didn’t get a lot of sleep.

Advertises they have a restaurant so arrived at lunchtime hoping to get lunch before going out in the afternoon but restaurant was closed so had to menu log it. Room was right next to lift mechanism so was woken up all night as people were using the lift

Rooms are a little tight but. Lean and tidy. Confusion over breakfast time on week day vs weekend from their reception staff but no effort made following their error to make amends. We had to delay our leaving to find somewhere suitable to then go eat.

The cot we asked for was dirty and unusable. The wifi wasn’t working and the phone wasn’t working - had to go to reception with 3 month old as phone wasn’t working. Was told there was nothing that can be done about the wifi - needed it for the baby monitor. I’ve stayed here so many times and expected the usual standard.

It is one of the worst hotel I had stayed. The toilet bowl is covered in dried yellowish urine stains. Picture and actual room condition is vastly different. The hotel is very run down, I would give it a 2 stars.

Property is set in a quiet and convenient location. Although the room was clean generally, we do nd old foods and filters under the cupboard which could have been from previous customers stay. The Wi-Fi was useless. Entertainment was absolutely not there with Tv only having free to air channels.
