This large property is located on a quiet street a short distance from the beach and shops of Rosebud.  
Rosebud and the surrounding Mornington Peninsula have a-lot to offer including beautiful bay and ocean beaches, wineries, amazing restaurants, hot springs, family activities and local markets.  
  
There is something for everyone to so all year around and is the perfect short or long stay holiday destination.

This house was just perfect for my girls getaway. Location was great within walking distance to shops and beach. The bedding configurations were ideal for our group (minimal bunk beds). The spa was an added luxury. Great house!!!

#### Rosebud family holiday

We took our family including children and grandchildren with us to Rosebud. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Plenty to do at the house when the weather was rainy. It was really wonderful. PS (one negative issue which I'm sure the owners will fix is that there was a serious ant problem in the downstairs bedrooms, bathroom and the kitchen)

Solid Family Beach House. Good size, 15 min walk to the main road and less than 30 mins walk to the beach! Loved our stay!

#### The perfect house for large families!

We had a big family Christmas here and it was perfect for all members of the family to have their own space and room to move. Melanie always responds to emailed questions and the little welcome touches were lovely. Thanks for a wonderful family Christmas away from home and for allowing our precious little dogs to stay too. We had a great stay!!
