### Bayside Basking Coastal Rye Living at its Best

Ideally located a 5-minute walk from Rye Beach and the town centre's cafes, restaurants and grocery stores, this pet-friendly stay offers a convenient base while you explore the sights of Mornington. Kick back in the air-conditioned open living and dining area, cook up meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, or relax and entertain on the patio where you’ll find a BBQ and six-seater table to enjoy laidback outdoor meals and sun loungers to soak up the sunshine and sea breeze.  
Fresh, neutral palette and an abundance of natural light will make you feel right at home as you enter this recently updated stay, featuring an open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen and a four-seater dining table to cook and enjoy meals. Guests can choose to head outside to the pet-friendly patio area and fire up the BBQ, where a six-seater outdoor setting complete with a shade umbrella is ideal for a relaxed outdoor lunch.  
  
After a day of sightseeing, return to the air-conditioned comfort of the living area to settle in on the generous sofa and chaise with Netflix or a book, making use of the WiFi and reading material available.  
  
Two spacious and thoughtfully appointed bedrooms sleep four guests with ceiling fans to keep you comfortable all night. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed and a wide, Smart TV, while the second bedroom includes two king singles. The recently renovated bathroom features contemporary, floor-to-ceiling tiles, a modern vanity and a walk-in shower, as well as complimentary toiletries.  
  
Additional conveniences include parking on the premises for two cars and free street parking 24/7, a washing machine in the laundry, plus a dryer in the garage.

Bed linen and towels are not supplied at this property but can be provided at an additional cost of $45 per single or king-single bed and $65 per queen or king-sized bed. This price includes bath towels, bathroom towels, biodegradable toiletries/soaps, and kitchen consumables/towels and amenities for each property.  
  
Please specify which beds you will require linen for in your booking request, and your host will facilitate the setup for you. If you choose not to use the hired or host linen, please bring your own. Quilts and pillows are supplied at each property.  
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourself. Please make yourself at home!  
  
Family-friendly Rye Front Beach is around five minutes' drive and offers the perfect spot to take a dip or enjoy a snorkel, you’ll also find BBQ facilities and picnic spots as well as cafes, ice creameries, and take-away shops nearby. The award-winning Peninsula Hot Springs are less than 10 minutes' drive, where you can indulge at the day spa and enjoy the natural thermal mineral waters that flow through the pools and private baths. Point Nepean National Park makes a scenic day out, which is around 20 minutes’ drive from your stay.  
  
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.  
  
We are pet-friendly - please add the number of pets you're travelling with and let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking. We’ll reach out to charge a standard pet fee of $50.
