We knew the property was dorm style and dated, but chose it for it's location. No bedside lamps and only one bedside table were weird. Refrigerator leaked water during our stay. No hairdryer and tv was not working on arrival. My list of issues totalled ten. Staff were helpful re tv problem but did not makeup for all the other matters. However, if furniture and decoration was to be upgraded, could be a fantastic stay, as the thoughtful things are already there - sandpit for toddlers/smaller children, a secure garden to play in and toys in the children's room. I thought that was a nice touch. Booking staff very friendly over the phone.
