Step inside to discover spacious living areas seamlessly blending with 4 inviting bedrooms, ideal for hosting family gatherings or unwinding with friends. The sunny, light-filled lounge boasts a soaring pitched ceiling, opening onto a decked outdoor entertaining area perfect for leisurely lunches. A second deck features a secluded spa, promising moments of serene relaxation.  
Outside, explore the expansive, low-maintenance garden spanning approximately 1168 sqm—a haven for outdoor activities like backyard cricket or enjoying a game of footy with friends.  
Additional comforts include split-system cooling, ducted heating, an inviting open fireplace, and a convenient garage. Walk to the nearby ocean beach or explore the scenic Farnsworth Track and Coastal Park walking trails. For dining and entertainment, the charming cafes of Portsea Village, the iconic Portsea Hotel, and the prestigious Portsea Golf Club are all within easy reach.
