Excellent master bedroom which was clean and comfortable. Towels, and shampoo as well as soup were provided as were teapot and tee bags.

Very disappointing!!! People upstairs fighting and yelling. checked in at the 6.30 left at 8.15 and stayed at another Motel.

The staff ignored my calls and texts to arrange a refund of my security deposit. Only replying twice. They said they would arrange the refund my 5pm on Tuesday, I messaged them on Friday and the apologised the refunded immediately. Disappointing service.

Towels are very dirty😡only 2 bath towels 1 hand towel for 2 days and no face washer no soap 😡inside our room it was a big black spider also the owner or who ever lived in a house he was so noisy talk louder on phone all the time day and late night and early in morning We was so angry no room service in the kitchen the microwave is very dirty too 😥😡soons we enter our room the air condition off straight away all night and all day this is our first time staying in a property it was a worst I wasn’t felling safe to stay in there so frustrated 😡😡
