Mar 14, 2021 Liked: Communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness #### Disappointing Cleanliness We planned a short overnight stay in the city and the apartment did just that, however our stay was detracted from for two reasons - first, the large amount of emails required to confirm the booking - both before and then during the stay - rather than one simple process. Second, the apartment itself had not been cleaned properly including finding a sanitary item in the bedroom, and a missing doorhandle gave the apartment a slightly creepy feel. Those things aside if these things had been addressed I would be happy recommending again as the location was great and the apartment functional. ##### Sam M.
