A large deck for entertaining with table, chairs, umbrella and BBQ. BEDROOMS: 3, sleeping up to 9 BATHROOMS: 2 VEHICLES: up to 3 Min nights from Mid December to end of January. Min 2 nights all other times, min 3 nights long weekends, min 4 nights Easter. Bedroom 1 with a Queen bed. Ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 with a Bunk bed (Queen on bottom, Single on top). 2 Single mattresses are also available to use. Family bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet. Washing machine and dryer. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January. The Property Management Team were really lovely to deal with. Unfortunately the heater wasn't working for our stay which put a dampener on it (being winter). It would have been nice if there was wifi or some sort of additional TV channel (netflix). The house was set up to accommodate a large family with access from the back yard to a park area. Esy to understand cooking equipment, and plenty of helpful items in the kitchen. A great spot to go back to in the Summer. ##### Laura T.
