The spacious, modern Kitchen with a corian bench top has breakfast bar stools and all the needed modern European appliances. This chef’s kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking pleasure. The pantry has all the basics that a cook may need. The outdoor dining area adjacent to the kitchen, on the timber deck, comfortably seat six. It is perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining. The chiminea fireplace and plumbed gas barbeque adds to guest enjoyment. Bikes and helmets are provided down the side of the house for guests' use on the many safe, dedicated bike paths in the area. Helmets must be worn and are provided. The house is delightfully heated with hydronic heating in the bedrooms and study and underfloor heating in the living room and bathrooms.
