Upstairs, the home continues to merge outdoor living with a flowing design via its open plan kitchen, dining and lounge adjoining an expansive, sheltered balcony with regional views, and a palatial main bedroom with walk-through robe and two-way ensuite. Extras: wood heater/open fire, evaporative cooling, split system cooling, BBQ and outdoor setting, WIFI, 3x smart TV’s as well as new and modern furnishings. \*NB. The separate garage is not for use.
