The one air conditioner downstairs isn’t working, and unlikely to be fixed this summer. This was a known problem, but the agent and owner tried to pretend it was ok. The windows had the winders removed so we couldn’t open them, which made the kitchen, dining and living area too hot. The beds were incredibly hard, made sleeping difficult, in addition to the rooms being warm-couldn’t open those windows either. The house was dirty, the main bath blocked and dirty, the furniture dirty. The house sleeps 11, but there is not enough crockery-one coffee cup and one water glass! There is dining seating for 5, and we were a group of 10\. The pool area is unsafe, though I was told it will be fixed this week. The pool was dirty and needed a water top up. I spent many hours of my family weekend dealing with the myriad issues as they arose. We were eventually offered compensation after I insisted a few times. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to stay. ##### Wendy C.
