If this house sleeps 10, then you need to have 10 forks, need a coffee pot that is more than a 5 cup, need more than 1 kitchen towel. One of the queen beds downstairs...is NOT a queen. No air conditioning or windows to open in kids bedroom upstairs, at least have curtains to cover windows. It is an older home that has been remodeled, so parts of it are brand-new & other parts are a little more well-loved. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, & the pictures are accurate. We loved the beach access, as well as the large swimming pool. We ran into a few hiccups our first day in which we had to contact the rental management company. They were easy to work w/ & remedied the situation ASAP. We would recommend this place as a hidden gem! Bonus: the listing does not include all of the wildlife you may see during your stay: crabs, dolphins, sharks, a variety of birds, as well as newly hatched sea turtles. Also, there are two turtles that regularly chomp on the lawn around dinner time which was a fun surprise! ##### WILLIAM M.
