Please be mindful of the beach rules during turtle season, such as keeping lights off at night and avoiding disturbing marked nests. It’s an incredible time to witness nature, but it’s essential to protect these creatures. Salt Air Caution Please avoid leaving doors open for extended periods. The salt air can cause damage to the furniture and electronics inside the studio, so we kindly ask you to close doors when not in use. We also ask that you empty your food in the trash and not into the sink drain. Patio Amenities Sun Loungers -You are welcome to the loungers on the patio. First come first serve, we have 4\. If you move the loungers, please put them back so other guests know you are finished with them. Picnic Benches - We have two picnic benches that are shared amongst the units. You are welcome to relocate them while in use, but please return them back to their spot once you have finished. Adirondack Chairs - Each unit has 2 personal Adirondack chairs for relaxing on your own. If you move the chairs, please move them back to their spot by your sliding glass door. Outdoor shower - There are two outdoor shower and feet washing stations at the ends of the staircase you are welcome to use. Had a couple of issues with the electronic lock that were quickly resolved, thank you Lindsey. The beachside of the property was amazing and the morning sunrise view stunning! Our place was very neat, clean, and pretty current. The bed and linens were comfortable. Our host, Lindsey, was extremely responsive and very helpful. The room is small, approx 19 x 19 and that includes the bathroom and kitchen. Pictures online made it look larger. The kitchen is stocked with only the bare minimum and missed some essentials like a baking sheet and a cork opener. Since it was July, Florida is extremely hot and the one thing that didn't work well was the air conditioning. It ran on high 24x7 and did not cool well. The unit is rusted out and in obvious need of replacement. It was so noisy you couldn't carry on a conversation or watch TV. Look at the online picture and you can see the AC unit is on the wall right next to the TV. And in 3 days I never could figure out how to work the TV. Needed to unplug it to turn it off.
