Escape to this tropical oasis with your loved ones. We sit directly on a sandy beach with astounding views. We are located in a very private area for your enjoyment of the beach without the crowds. Watch the sea turtle lay eggs along our beach. Being located on a narrow island provides water activities and enjoyment of both the Intercoastal waterway and ocean all in one spot. You see the ocean on both floors of our property as you can see in the photos. A lot of properties advertise ocean with pictures of an ocean and not the actual view from inside the house looking out and when you get there you find out you have to walk out to see the ocean. (see listing #7003971 to see additional reviews). You can also rent the attached 3 bedroom townhome to accomodate more guests. Only the finest materials were used for construction of this property featuring tumbled marble floors, pro-series appliances, designer kitchen and baths and much more. We are a few miles from the property and available throughout your entire stay to address your needs. Oceanfront Heavenly Retreat is among the few licensed properties in Melbourne Beach. Licensing is a rigorous task requiring high standards to be met and require yearly inspections for your safety and protection. Don t be fooled by the unlicensed properties doing business illegally. The view from the master upstairs is amazing to wake up to every morning and you are steps away from the beach. The only thing I wish would have been in the description better is the two king bedrooms are more than a shared bathroom. They are in the same room with a case door to separate. It was fine as we laughed about it and moved on but we will know next time to plan to put one of the families with kiddos in that room. No big deal but it could be weird for another guest. The sound of the waves is intoxicating and the view of the sunrise was magical. The water is every shade of turquoise and blue . The beach is literally in the back yard. It was perfect with our kids. The family in the other half of the duplex also had kids so it just turned out perfect ! Melbourne beach is quiet and the waves vary from soft to rough , just watch the tide report and you will be all set . While we were there the beach was never crowded and there were times when we were completely alone on the beach . The sand is soft , with just the right amount of shells for a treasure hunt. We were just blown away from the minute we parked the car in the driveway and could distinctly hear the crashing ocean waves from the back of the house. Upon entering the home, we were delighted to find a spacious living room with a well appointed kitchen on the first floor along with a bedroom and bathroom. Up the steps was an impressive master suite complete with an additional living space and a large balcony overlooking the ocean just steps away. Also, an additional bedroom down the hall that our kids chose to share. The property is very spacious and can easily accommodate the 8 guests listed under capacity. There was a large grassy area for the kids to play in while we barbecued. The beach is pristine. There was absolutely no one in eyesight the night that we arrived and just polite guests next door during the day. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a stay on beach, families and for anyone who just truly appreciates the majesty of the ocean as it is nearly just a few steps from the back door. Our family stayed to celebrate my mother's 90 birthday. The home was clean and had everything our family needed. We didn't bring automatic dishwasher pods and Richard brought a handful right away. We took advantage of the wonderful gas grill and loved hearing the crash of the waves , especially ,as we were falling asleep. ##### Robin L.
