After coming back from the service we discovered that the A/C wasn't working. The owner sent out a repairman but the part had to be ordered. The owner gave us a fair discount. Other than this hiccup, the place was great, private and quiet. The location is excellent, close to beach, grocery, and restaurants. ##### Rick H.
